After completing the main mission In South Park: The Fractured but Whole, you can take the side quest Scavenger Hunt: Big Gay Al’s Enormous Gay Cats where you have to find six missing cats for Huge Gay Al.

You can find Big Gay Al in the north-east of your house. Just leave to the playground to locate his residence. Notice that you can only begin this quest once you have mastered the Timefart skill. Otherwise, the cats escaped you.

To trigger this side mission you need to first defeat Professor Chaos and then go to Vast Gay Al's house. You'll find him outside, ready to give you the quest. Head to Big Gay Al’s House:
Travel to Big Male lover Al’s house, which is located near the center of South Park, slightly south of the Community Center. His house is hard to miss, with its brightly colored exterior and distinctive design.
Talk to Big Gay Al:
Once you arrive, speak with Big Gay Al. He’ll clarify that his beloved cats have gone missing and he needs your assist to find them. He’ll mention that there are five cats to route down, and a sixth cat will become on hand after you find the first five.
